Chief Patricia A. Fisher

On behalf of the Town of Newbury, I would like to welcome you to the Newbury Police Department website. This site was developed to provide user-friendly access to personnel, answer frequently asked questions and to provide the public with direct access to community initiatives, resources and reporting portals.

As Chief of Police, one of my responsibilities is to ensure that the community understands the purpose and role of the Police Department, has insight into what we hope to achieve in the future, and has access to the core principles under which we operate.

I am honored to serve the citizens of the Town of Newbury. I am proud of the commitment the men and women of the Newbury Police Department have to our mission, vision and values. As a Department, we are privileged to have the conditional but committed support of those we serve.

Respectfully,
